What is a “member”?
A member is any tracked contact or customer in your platform (email subscriber, course student, community member). Starter covers up to 1,000; Growth covers up to 10,000.

How does DSAR handling work?
Your Trust Center includes a DSAR submission form. Requests land with us. We verify the requestor's identity, action the request (erasure, export, etc.), and respond within 72 hours. You get a full audit log.
Can I use this across multiple brands?
Each plan covers one brand/domain. If you operate multiple brands, contact us — we offer multi-brand pricing for Motivation Group partners.
